One Step Closer: Russia vs. the USA

Yesterday we heard that the Obama Administration Expels 35 Russian Diplomats From The U.S.

President Obama Commemorates 50th Anniversary Of Voting Rights Act
It looks like the Obama administration is trying to feed the false narrative that Russia “hacked” the presidential election by taking diplomatic action.
This move has international and political implications which are unprecedented - and has some, like Alex Johns over at Info Wars saying Obama wants to go to war with Russia.

Reuters reports:
U.S. expels 35 Russian diplomats, closes two compounds: official
The United States expelled 35 Russian diplomats and closed two Russian compounds in New York and Maryland in response to a campaign of harassment against American diplomats in Moscow, a senior U.S. official said on Thursday.
The move against the diplomats from the Russian embassy in Washington and consulate in San Francisco is part of a series of actions announced on Thursday to punish Russia for a campaign of intimidation of American diplomats in Moscow and interference in the U.S. election.
The Obama administration was also announcing on Thursday a series of retaliatory measures against Russia for hacking into U.S. political institutions and individuals and leaking information to help President-elect Donald Trump and other Republican candidates, two U.S. officials said.
Trump, who takes office on Jan. 20, has called for better relations with Russia. It was not clear if he will be able to immediately overturn the measures announced on Thursday.
As pinted out on the Gateway Pundit, there is no such thing as coincidences in Obama’s world.
This is bold political move. It’s likely just another attempt to discredit Trump’s victory.
In the meantime, House Speaker, Paul Ryan welcomed Obama’s Russia retaliation and says ‘it is an appropriate way to end eight years of failed policy with Russia’.

Yahoo reported:
Far from a full-throated endorsement of Obama’s actions, Ryan’s statement condemned the commander in chief for eight years of what he considers “ineffective foreign policy” that left the United States more vulnerable than it was when he took office in 2009. Nevertheless, Ryan agreed that Russia is a threat to global security.
“Russia does not share America’s interests. In fact, it has consistently sought to undermine them, sowing dangerous instability around the world,” Ryan said shortly after the White House announced the punishments. “While today’s action by the administration is overdue, it is an appropriate way to end eight years of failed policy with Russia. And it serves as a prime example of this administration’s ineffective foreign policy that has left America weaker in the eyes of the world.”
Two other worthless RINO clowns, Sen. John McCain and Sen. Lindsey Graham chimed in with a joint statement:
“The retaliatory measures announced by the Obama administration today are long overdue,” they wrote. “But ultimately, they are a small price for Russia to pay for its brazen attack on American democracy. We intend to lead the effort in the new Congress to impose stronger sanctions on Russia.”
People, this is the same Paul Ryan who fought hard to bring in hundreds of thousands of Muslim migrants to our neighborhoods while he’s ensconced in a compound surrounded by a huge wall. This is the same Paul Ryan who has vowed to fight Donald Trump yet has repeatedly folded to Obama.
Paul Ryan will be remembered for saying ‘This is not who we are’ every time Trump brought up legitimate concerns over this administrations reckless policies.
The truth is, Paul Ryan, YOU do not represent the will of the America people, Trump has a madate and your days are numbered...

In the meantime, RUSSIA RESPONSE TO OBAM: Sir, New Hostile Steps Will Receive An Answer...

This afternoon the Russian government responded to Obama's actions with some sharp words for the outgoing administration.
The outgoing US administration has not given up on its hope of dealing one last blow to relations with Russia, which it has already destroyed.   Using obviously inspired leaks in the US media, it is trying to threaten us again with expansion of anti-Russian sanctions, “diplomatic” measures and even subversion of our computer systems. Moreover, this final New Year’s “greeting” from Barack Obama’s team, which is already preparing to leave the White House, is being cynically presented as a response to some cyber-attacks from Moscow.
Frankly speaking, we are tired of lies about Russian hackers that continue to be spread in the United States from the very top. The Obama administration launched this misinformation half a year ago in a bid to play up to the required nominee at the November presidential election and, having failed to achieve the desired effect, has been trying to justify its failure by taking it out with a vengeance on Russian-US relations.
However, the truth about the White House-orchestrated provocation is bound to surface sooner or later. In fact, this is already happening. On December 8, US media quoted Georgia’s Secretary of State Brian Kemp as saying that the local authorities tracked down the origin of a hacker attack on his voter registration database after the election. The attack was traced to an IP address of the Department of Homeland Security. This was followed by an attempt to quickly cover up this information by a flood of new anti-Russian accusations that did not contain a single piece of evidence.
We can only add that if Washington takes new hostile steps, it will receive an answer. This applies to any actions against Russian diplomatic missions in the United States, which will immediately backfire at US diplomats in Russia. The Obama administration probably does not care at all about the future of bilateral relations, but history will hardly forgive it for this après-nous-le-deluge attitude.
