Trump vs. The Media - Round 2

The twitterverse was ablaze this morning, as the news broke that President-Elect Donald Trump - as announced by one of his most trusted aids, Kellyann Conway - would not be pursuing an indictment of former election rival Hillary - rather, he was going to “help her heal.”

Of course this had both the media, and Trumps most hardcore supporters up in arms, as he had famously told Hillary she’d “be in jail” if he was president during the presidential debates.

As reported by the The New York Post:
"President-elect Donald Trump won’t subject Hillary Clinton to a criminal inquiry — instead, he’ll help her heal, his spokeswoman said Tuesday.

“I think when the president-elect who’s also the head of your party … tells you before he’s even inaugurated he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone and content, to the members,” Kellyanne Conway told the hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” who first reported that the president-elect would not pursue his campaign pledge to “lock up” Clinton, his Democratic opponent.
“Look, I think, he’s thinking of many different things as he prepares to become the president of the United States, and things that sound like the campaign are not among them,” Conway, who is now on the Trump transition team, said in her interview. She continued: “I think Hillary Clinton still has to face the fact that a majority of Americans don’t find her to be honest or trustworthy, but if Donald Trump can help her heal, then perhaps that’s a good thing.”
This announcement came on the heels of a meeting with top media big-shots at Trump Tower on Monday where the media bigwigs thought they were going to discuss media access. As Jim Hoft of the Gateway pundit commented, "Boy where they wrong"
According to Hoft, He brought them to a room – sat them around a large table — THEN BLASTED AWAY!
One source close to Hoft, called it a “[choice of descriptive word] Firing Squad!”

Look at these smiling hacks before the meeting! -They thought they were getting a free lunch.

As reproted by the The New York Post:

Donald Trump scolded media big shots during an off-the-record Trump Tower sitdown on Monday, sources told The Post.
“It was like a f–ing firing squad,” one source said of the encounter.
“Trump started with [CNN chief] Jeff Zucker and said ‘I hate your network, everyone at CNN is a liar and you should be ashamed,’ ” the source said.
“The meeting was a total disaster. The TV execs and anchors went in there thinking they would be discussing the access they would get to the Trump administration, but instead they got a Trump-style dressing down,” the source added"
Can not say I feel sorry for Holt or Blitzer

But apparently it got even more intense when Trump cancelled a meeting with NYT executives after they breached a contract via an announcement on Twitter.

I cancelled today's meeting with the failing @nytimes when the terms and conditions of the meeting were changed at the last moment. Not nice

Then Trump decided to go anyhow - after the NYT agreed to his terms an interview with a portion of it being off the record.

Well with the news of President Elect's arrival - and in solidarity with the current protesters across the country - a large mob of NYT times staff and reporters waited by the NYT building entrance to catch a glimpse of Trump - or so it seemed.

Yet, After several minutes the security officials told the crowd Trump had already sneaked in through a different entrance.

Here’s the video:

Yet reportedly, once Trump was told a large crowd was waiting downstairs to to see him, he decided he will take the main entryway after all...

What happened next was a disgrace to NYT and the left in general.

See here:

Yes thats right, the NYT staff mob - of leftists mind you - booed him.

Heck, they’re as disgraceful as they are predictable.
