New Anti Semitic Wave in the USA by White Nationalists Or Someone Else?

If you had a chance to read the mainstream media, you would apparently be under the impression that all of the current anti Semitic activity in this country has nothing to do with the influx of refugees and Islamic fascism - rather, it is all a bunch of angry white men - or something like that...

Take this article from INN for example:

Chabad of Oak Park turned surveillance footage over to police that showed four alleged vandals, the CBS Los Angeles affiliate reported Tuesday.
The Ventura County Sheriff's Office has launched a task force in response to the incident and is collaborating with federal law enforcement agencies to identify the suspects, deputies said.
Meanwhile, in New York, a swastika found drawn in the hallway of an apartment building in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood was reported to police on Sunday. Many haredi Orthodox Jews, including Holocaust survivors, live in the building.
The New York Police Department's Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating the incident...

In both cases described in the article, its rather obvious that they were not perpetrated by white nationalists as the logic is rather clear, if they indeed were acts of white conducted by white nationalists, the press would not only haved jumped on it immediately - as they have done in the past - but regurgitated it constantly for several days...

Lets take another case, like the following one in Ohio, which played out in a rather similar fashion, 

“Charges filed in connection to racially charged graffiti on Sylvania Twp. home,” by Christopher Burns, WNWO, February 15, 2017:

SYLVANIA TWP., Oh. (WNWO) — Authorities say charges have been filed in connection to a graffiti incident on the garage door of an Arab family in Lucas County.Sylvania Township police say Osama Nazzal, 28, of Toledo, [a white male with the name Osama who knew?], who was charged with criminal damaging in connection to the incident.On Jan. 10, the Sylvania Twp. home of Souheir Eltatawi had been spray-painted with a swastika and derogatory phrase that read, “Expletive Arabs.”…

So why is this happening?

Well, the way I see it, this is not only being used as another tool of the liberal left to undermined the President, but to turn Jews away from the current movement within the republican party - that is, a moment open to all Americans promoting nationalism and American exceptionalism...

Obviously, if campus hate crimes are any indication, all of this hate is coming from a different source indeed...

According to research conducted by Trinity College and Brandeis University, more than half of Jewish students on U.S. campuses reported experiencing or witnessing anti-Semitism in 2014 and 2015. An AMCHA Initiative study showed anti-Semitic incidents at universities increased by 45 percent from 2015 to 2016, that's a lot of hate...

But little do they mention that they are all infact BDS hate related... 

According to USA today, and as reported by Newsweek, more than a dozen Jewish student events were violently disrupted this year at schools coast to coast, including Boston University, University of Maryland and University of Florida. And on the University of California campuses, anti-Semitic graffiti reading, “Zionists should be sent to the gas chamber” has appeared on the walls of buildings, and a UCLA student’s impartiality on a judicial board was questioned due to her involvement in the Jewish community.

Obviously what the MSM does not tell us, leaving it up to watch dog organizations like Jihad Watch to fill in the blanks, that in truth most, if not all, campus antisemitism is actually perpetrated by Anti Israel, pro Palestinian factions - which in fact, are not white supremacists.

And with that being almost a given, why should we assume that this hate does not continue on to those times when these students go home and share the "love" with the Jews in their communities.

Of course this would technically be confirmed by Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Green­blatt, who indeed agrees that Antisemitism in America is on the rise (in his words, now comparable to that of 1930s Germany) but then in a rather twisted turn, Greenblatt claims that all such activity is in fact attributed to the political right and the antisemitic Trump supporters!

Being that this year was not the beginning of campus antisemitism, this is obviously not true, but in the end it matters little as the media has become all about the spin...

For Green­blatt saying such blatantly false statements over and over again, with little reprieve, the narrative has become one where all hate crimes in the United States are parts of some big white trash revenge party...

With this in mind, don't blame me if I think Greenblatt is part and parcel of some liberal progressive, anti Israel cabal who are working to conjure up a false narrative which furthers their own agenda. That is, AntiSemitisim is on the rise, BUT it's all due to the white supremacists newly found sense of power, all thanks to the evil Donald Trump!

Problem is, the way I see it, this baseless media spin is not about bad media for the president, far from it - trust me, if the last presser was any indication, he can handle the press just fine - the issue is how such a media spin effects us, namely, does it help the Jewish community or in contrast, does it hurt it?

Personally, I think its a rather simple thing that it increases anti Semitic activity - and that means bad news for us... 

Lets face it, fact is, the more the white nationalists think we as the greater Jewish community are out to get them, better are the chances that they will react the way the left and mainstream media claims they do. 

The problem is that, unfortunately, we really don't know for sure how they will react, but one thing is certain, when it comes to the Jewish community, and discerning who is the real threat to our survival, runing to conclusion is the last thing we want to do, yet for some reason, conclusions are being made rather quickly and no one seems to be discussing it...

Because of this, I think it's imperative that we fight back. You see, when we look at the numbers, the greatest supporters of Jewish causes, like the state of Israel, religious freedom, and school choice, are the right wing and the republican party...

As such, we need to show our supporters in the gentile community, that in fact there is a rather strong conservative movement in the Orthodox/Right wing faction in the Jewish community, and that we are behind them in their fight for freedom. Clearly, we need to show that we don't buy all the BS that the liberal media and opposition party are selling. Rather, we must be clear and vigilant in our convictions, that we support the American dream for Americans, and we are fully behind the current movement, assisting the President in his quest to make America great again. 

With that said, I am looking to reach out to think tanks that already have much data of the current sources of anti Semitic violence, personalities such as Pamala Geller or Robert Spencer from Jihad Watch, to conduct a study "on the nature of anti Semitic activity on social media". Both of the above and others, have already conducted this kind of research before and as such, I am sure they would be up for the challenge.

Social Media a Bastion of Hate?

Social media has pretty much become the go to place for gathering a rather clear indication of the reality and the "pulse" of the greater American community. 

One clear indication of such a hypothesis, is how social media was heavily used by Team Trump to map out their now famous political campaign which actually gave them the chance of winning the election.

But that does not always mean social media is put to good use...

One such example is a recent Shurat Hadin case, where the fiancée of a New York man killed alongside his sister in the Belgium bombing, is suing Twitter for allowing the Islamic State to flourish on the popular network.

Anne Cameron Cain accused the social media giant of failing to stop the terrorist group from embracing Twitter as a "powerful weapon for terrorism."

White Nationalist or Anti Zionist?

But its not only terrorisim,  occurrences such as the recent case of  McGill University student leader, Igor Sadikov, who urged his followers via Twitter to “punch a Zionist today” remind us that twitter is full of anti semitic hate, and in many instances from the direction of the so called "tolarent" left. As such, I feel that a study on the nature of anti Semitic activity on social media, would not only provide us conservative Jews with the unequivocal evidence of the real source of the this newfound hate, but give us another tool necessary to push back against the everlasting media spin.

Is this our main enemy?

Clearly as the case with Sadikov, a leader in the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against Israel in his local community, social media is often being used to perpetuate anti Semitic activity, but if we can quantify the hate on social media at its source, then we then have a good chance of figuring out if these flareups are in fact more due to the rise in radical Muslims in our midst, or less likely, are they due to the age old issueof "White Nationalism"...
