General McMaster for NSA pick - Neocon Kristol Rejoices?!?

Friend or Something Else? You Decide...

By now it's official, President Trump has confirmed that retired Lt. General H.R. McMaster will serve as his new choice to be his National Security Adviser.

So is Gen. McMaster any good? 

Well the way I see it, if Billy "renegade Jew" Kristol's reaction is any indication, it's pretty much a  big score for the establishment  swamp.

I say this honestly and non-snarkily: I can't imagine anyone better prepared for the challenges of being Trump's NSA than H.R. McMaster.

In August 2014, McMaster was featured as the speaker for the President’s Lecture Series at National Defense University in Washington, D.C.

During his speech, McMaster addressed an assembly of all the students in the colleges of the National Defense, including the National War College, the College of International Security Affairs (CISA), the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy (formerly the Industrial College of the Armed Forces), and the others - in other words a rather large crowd. 

According to Islam scholar Robert Spencer from Jihad Watch, a source has informed him that he was present during this address, and informed that McMaster said flatly: “The Islamic State is not Islamic.”

A Convincing Escape?

Now, Spencer, does try to rationalize McMaster actions, as  this did take place during the Obama regime (when that was the official policy of the U.S. government and people like General Flyn were sacked for stating otherwise), but being that President Trump has repeatedly criticized his predecessor (and his 2016 election opponent) for not being willing to call the problem of jihad terror by its right name - choosing someone with such a viewpoint should raise eye brows.

Before and after becoming President, Trump has repeatedly reiterated his determination to eradicate “radical Islamic terrorism.” and if McMaster genuinely holds the view that the Islamic State is not Islamic, then as pointed out by Spencer, not only is he a disastrous pick as National Security Adviser (as he will continue the willful ignorance of the Obama administration - look where that got us?), but could also pose a threat to national security by hamstringing efforts to understand, and counter effectively, the motives and goals of our real enemy - Radical Islam...

If McMaster was stating his conviction and not just the party line, this would represent a victory for the compromised Republican establishment that is trying to neutralize Trump and keep the swamp from being drained.
